For dog walking and holiday care, I cover all areas contained within the boundary created by High Street, Glenferrie Road, Cotham Road, Burke Road, Belmore Road, Elgar Road, Eastern Freeway and Blackburn Road.

Yes, I have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

If you have a referral that is great but it is not required.

If you booked your dog massage via the online booking system, your massage will be at 12 Wellman Street Box Hill South.

If you booked your massage via Burke Road Veterinary clinic, your massage will be at the Vet clinic.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm.  for all administrative tasks.

Service hours are by appointment and subject to availability (ie we provide holiday care which requires after-hours work)

Services are not available on Christmas Day.

You can at any time;

Enquiries will be answered during office hours on the following business day.

If I am are caring for your pet whilst you are on holidays I will respond as soon as possible.

The online booking system will allow you to change or cancel your appointment anytime up until 12 hours prior to the originally scheduled time.

You will find links in your appointment confirmation and reminder email to do that.

If it is less than 12 hours prior then you will need to give me a call.

For dog walking services, I provide group walks (I am very experienced at managing multiple dogs).

Dogs are carefully assessed and matched to ensure that the groups are sociable, happy and well managed.

Aggressive dogs are not permitted.

No.  All dog walks are on a leash.  The safety and wellbeing of your dog are very important to me.

The wellbeing of your dog is very important to me.

If temperatures reach 30 degrees walks are confined to parklands (ie no street walking)

If temperatures reach 35 degrees all walks for the remainder of the day are cancelled.

If the forecast temperature for the next day is for 40 degrees or more than all walks for that day will be cancelled the day before.

If temperatures are between 30 and 35 degrees walks may be shortened for the safety of your dog.

Other weather factors such as thunderstorms may also result in the cancellation of walks.

In the event of cancellation of walks due to temperature - all basic holiday care visits are still performed (that is only the walk is cancelled)

I can inform you that I will visit in either the morning or afternoon.

It is not possible to give you the exact time.  This is due to travel times, travel routes, number of bookings etc... there are many variables influencing when I will reach your home.

You must, however, provide access for me to collect your dog.

I will leave a calling card to indicate that I have been.

If you fail to provide the access you will be charged the full amount for the service you have booked.

Agility training is held in various locations.

• Private foundation lessons are held in Box Hill South and Moorabbin
• Private distance handling lessons are held in Moorabbin
• Group workshops are held in Moorabbin
• Seminars are held in Werribee South
• Online courses are in the comfort of your own home
